Sharing the Silent Struggle: A Pregnancy Loss Support Workshop with Allison and Jesica (Online)

Navigating the world after pregnancy loss can be a devastating and profoundly lonely experience. There are so many nuances within the grieving process, and often very little chance to speak with others who know what you are going through. Allison Dragony, Certified Imago Professional Facilitator and Jesica Eames, LCSW are hosting a 3 hour support workshop for people moving through the grief process of this life altering experience. This online workshop will provide a gentle place for you to listen to and share the experiences of life after loss with others who have been there. We will work with dialogues, written exercises, and art as different tools to cope with and process the experience of pregnancy loss.

Thank you so much for inquiring about our workshop Sharing the Silent Struggle. The registration for our May workshop is closed, but we are planning a future offering of this workshop soon. Please use the button above to send a message to Allison to join the mailing list for our next workshop offering. As soon as we have another date, we will reach out with that information.

Sharing the Silent Struggle: A Pregnancy Loss Support Workshop (Online)

ABOUT: After pregnancy loss, our world is turned up side down. The plans and hopes we had for the pregnancy are suddenly painful reminders of a future that will never be. Amidst the grief, there is also the physical impact and often a feeling that no one around you understands what you have you been through. In this 3 hour support workshop we will utilize the Imago Intentional Dialogue to allow participants to share their experience of life and loss in a gentle and healing way.

Participants will:

  • be invited to share their feelings and experience of pregnancy loss in a supportive space

  • complete written exercises and use drawing and sculpture as a way of expressing grief

  • learn coping tools to use when unexpected things or holidays like Mother’s Day or Father’s Day can trigger our grief

  • connect and start the healing process with a community of people who have also experienced pregnancy loss
